How do I book a tour or travel package?

How do I know if my booking has been confirmed?
Once you have completed the booking process and payment, you will receive a Booking Confirmation email from us containing the details of your tour/package. Please check all the information in the confirmation carefully.
Can I make changes to my booking after it has been confirmed?
Change requests can be submitted, but they are subject to availability and the policies of the service providers (such as hotels, tour operators, Restaurant and etc ). Change fees may apply. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to make changes.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via bank transfer, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), specific e-wallets. Further details will be provided during the booking process.
When is the full payment due?
Full payment is made during the booking process through our website or our application. Your booking confirmation will be sent to your email.

What travel documents do I need to bring?

what do i do when i arrive in bali?
1 day before you arrive in bali, our driver will contact you via whatsapp application. and tell you where you will be picked up. please enter the phone number connected to the whatsapp application when you make a reservation.
Is travel insurance included in the tour package?
Travel insurance is not included in our tour package prices. We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect yourself against potential risks during your trip.
